"LETTER OF SINCERE THANKS AND GRATITUDE
To the incredible de Broglio team designated to my case. I wanted to type out this letter to express the sincerest, most heartfelt thank you that I have to offer.
From day 1, I have experienced nothing short of excellence with you all. From the constant and informative updates (which are so important during such a long-winded process), to the helpfulness and answering of my every question and concern, to the managing of expectations along the way and finally, to the incredible outcome we had today. Prishani, Justin, Kristen and Jessica (please excuse me if I have missed anyone; I know there are many more people who make de Broglio the well-oiled machine it is, starting all the way from Michael) you have made the journey easy. Whilst some may overlook detail, I didn’t. I noticed how pro-active Prishani and team have been, batting away all curve balls thrown by the RAF – be it new laws, difficult counterparts, or even just anticipating road-blocks and preparing ahead for them. I noticed how at court today, de Broglio representatives were the very 1st in the court room – punctuality and preparedness is everything! I noticed how the team updated me at every step today ensuring I didn’t feel lost and understood how the day would progress. I noticed how well prepared all case-related information was, and packaged and delivered beautifully by Justin (I cannot stress enough how impressive he was!). Whilst it could be taken for granted that you all just do your jobs, I noticed passion and excellence.
Today in the courtroom, Justin’s delivery of my case stirred up deep emotion within me. The genuine emotional, mental and physical battles we face after these accidents are honestly tolling, and to be understood and fought for with such passion and elegance is something that reduced me to tears. I don’t often get break down, but I had to take a second today in the bathroom because I was so overwhelmed by what had been accomplished (and the magnitude of it as well). You all do your jobs, and do it well!
I put my thoughts onto paper because I firstly would have never gotten these words out without being a blubbering, crying mess ~ and you all would have thought I was nuts (I had to REALLY dig deep in court to keep it together). Secondly, I want the letter to reach every individual it needs to reach; so please do forward as applicable. My life-changing event has ended on a positive and I am forever grateful (and honestly impressed by what you do, wow!). I really mean it, this is life changing.
I know that there is still a bit of a journey to go (again, thank you Prishani for managing my expectations!), but I am nothing short of comfortable and confident for what’s to come. Please do circulate this letter to all those who need to see it. Again, THANK YOU!
Sincerely"
S.N.
