As said previously, I am hugely impressed with all your people - from David who took the case 4 years ago while I still in ICU, to Jolene and the rest who have handled both my cases with such a professional yet kind and friendly manner, that I remain a very happy client !
And I’m not easily impressed nor am I one to overlook mistakes.
Again, it seems all of your staff went to the same finishing school as they all respond to queries promptly, and in such a friendly way that I want to be their friend !
I was very happy to hear I got the same advocate for the second case, and again she handled it so swiftly and accurately… As a matter of fact, she fits in perfectly with the others- she even drove me to the airport after the previous case, which she wrapped up in record time.
