I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff that helped me settle my case. It was a pleasure to work with your team, and now as my case winds down, I look back on what was accomplished.
It is, unfortunately, human nature to believe that we, as road accident victims, deserve more than we receive. However, we loose sight of the fact that the money we do get, is in fact, money we never had.
The onus is thus, on ourselves, to invest that money for the future. (Would be wonderful if it was just a "go mad shopping excursion!")
